This course is a lecture format followed by Q and A.

Karen Kefauver is a social media coach, speaker and trainer with more than 10 years’ experience teaching business owners and entrepreneurs how to use social media marketing to build brand authority, grow business and boost the bottom line. She’s a longtime instructor with the SBDC and understands the unique challenges of small business owners. Karen has lived in Santa Cruz since 1993 and launched her social media business in 2010.
