Dan Atler has over 20 years of combined executive leadership at three public and four private companies with experience as a CFO, interim CEO, Exec VP of Strategic Business Development, Corporate Development Officer and Corporate Controller. He has completed three IPOs (2 as CFO and 1 as Controller) and was CFO for three private companies that sold for ~$100M, $650M, and $1.2B. He has helped raise over $350M in capital (public offerings, venture capital, venture debt, and bank credit) and acquire seven private companies. He is experienced in multinational operations (primarily in China and India) and has implemented and defended a tax efficient international structure. He has led financial planning, accounting, tax, treasury, SEC reporting, investor relations, HR, IT, IS, legal and administration teams, and implementations of global ERP, business analytics, SFDC, HRIS, and SOX systems and processes for high growth companies from start up to over $400M annual revenue run rate. He successfully established a licensing business that generated over $50M in license fees and royalties and was instrumental in establishing HDMI and DVI industry standards and winning a patent infringement lawsuit. His career began at Ernst & Young, where he, over a 10 year span, performed audit and advisory services, reviewed SEC filings, was a resident in their National Office, and received his CPA.
