Meet Our First Spanish-Speaking SBDC Advisor

Ms. Mancera earned her J.D from Monterey College of Law and has an M.B.A. with high honors from Golden Gate University.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Mancera spent years managing operations and human resource management— implementing and enforcing policy and procedures, responding to employee complaints, managing union contracts, and managing the day-to-day needs of businesses. With more than 15 years of experience in operations and human resource management, Ms. Mancera has been a valued partner to many local small businesses and non-profit organizations. With her hands-on experience, Ms. Mancera can relate to your daily challenges and the difficulties that arise when applying California’s laws.

As a central coast native, she is a member of the Monterey County Bar Association and the California Young Lawyers Association. Ms. Mancera’s community service activities include volunteering with Kitchen Table Advisors, Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), and serves on the School Site Council of Washington Middle School in Salinas.
