A self-described curiosity catalyst, Melissa Sanchez is a Productivity Coach and HR Consultant committed to supporting locally owned, community based small businesses by creating clear action plans and strategies, focused around Human Capital.

She has spent fifteen and half years, partnering with executives and mid-level managers in financial services institutions and multimedia companies . In the last eight years, she switched gears and decided to focus her passions on working with independent business owners who are pursuing their life-long dreams, in food, fitness, and education.

Melissa specializes in providing business planning, workforce and performance management, and simple HR advice for small businesses and organizations. In her free time, she enjoys spending it with family and friends, enjoying the great outdoors that Northern California has to offer.
